My name is Hugo Hyolle and I'm from the suburbs of Paris, France.
I practice analog photography and mostly work in documenting urban landscapes of Paris and its suburbs.
I try to capture different aspects of urbanism in suburbs which are not shown in mass media or contemporary photography.
I learned analog processing with french photographer François Despatin.
I work with many types of cameras, from compact cameras like Yashica T5 to the Mamiya 645 or Rolleiflex 2.8c medium format.
My favorite cameras are Nikon FM2, Zorki 4, Zenit 11, with 35 mm lenses (Nikkor 35mm, 1:2, CZJ 35mm 1:2.4, Jupiter 12).
I own a collection of 38 cameras.
I used to work with Kodak Tri-x film, but recently switched to Fomapan 100 and 400 ASA, and Polypan F 50 ASA film.
I process my films with Kodak D76 stock..
